Basically cholesterol is protein more than that it’s a lipoprotein that formed in your liver so you don’t need it from outside. Different types of lipoprotein found in our blood are HDL, LDL VLDL probably you listen about them.
For basics I want to tell you that HDL is good cholesterol and LDL is bad cholesterol. The values of these cholesterol you found on Google. But basically you can consume more HDL and less LDL.
If you consume excess amount of bad cholesterol you may increase the chances of heart disease and may also more fatal disease also. You heard about that cholesterol clog your arteries but one more question also here that where how this cholesterol made up in your body??
So, there’s is a little bit of shocking answer is that cholesterol comes from “Fat”. Yes, liver function is to emulsifying the fat and then it converts into cholesterol. So if you are consuming high fat diet just stop and beware of your future.
For eg. In a white egg there is less protein but also has less cholesterol because the egg yolk have very high amount of cholesterol and also protein that’s for you when you doing exercises, yoga etc.
