So today’s article is about the blood pressure mainly it’s hyper and hypo state. So firstly we are talking about what is blood pressure?
So the blood pressure is when your heart pumps the blood against all the arterial pressure then to veins to every part of your body this is called as blood pressure. Secondly why our blood pressure fluctuate?

It has many reasons of your blood pressure fluctuation. For eg if you are sitting on chair in relax position but thinking about something like climbing a mountain or running so your heart beats suddenly spikes up and your blood pressure increases and some people also feel like palpation of heart very loudly. But it’s totally normal because it’s temporary. Problem was that when it becomes permanent like you like something salty food in your daily diet so your blood pressure increase always because of that Na+ ion efflux and the risk of hypertension increases. On the other hand if you like potassium rich food on regular basis so feel Hypotension because of K+ ion efflux.
So what we find out is our physical experiment is temporary but our food habits cause blood pressure related problem is permanent. So it’s all about diet. Also some people goes to physician and they suggest that they have to take blood pressure control pills life long. Do you think it’s practical solution? No, absolutely no because it also has side effects.

So what is the solution?? Let’s find out..
As we find that it’s all about the diet we have take a balanced diet and what was that? You have to take more and more fruits and vegetables as much as you can and plus full of stomach. Stop eating like morons. Take a balanced, good fat, oil free diet.
There are some other causes of blood pressure problem are stress, obesity, no exercise or yoga, overthinking etc.

Simple answer is that take a good diet, doing 15-20 minutes of yoga and exercise, laughing is good for you, always having a smile on your face, stress free life is all about to control your blood pressure otherwise you have to take pills lifelong which is as threatened as death causing diseases.
