Normal person lungs are pinkish grey in colour. As the time goes on that normal lungs have black spots called as Anthrokosis.

These also cause the constriction of blood vessel of brain and restrict blood flow these cause thickening of vessel and cause platelets to clot to trigger heart attacks and strokes.
5.) Various chemical cause dangerous mutation in DNA that make cancer form. Mainly arsenic and nickel cause disrupt of DNA repair.
6.) Other effects are week eyesight, weak bones, cause infertility.
